At Steve’s Computers, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds, whether for new or second-hand items.


1. Eligibility for Returns

New Products:

  • Can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and original receipts.

Second-Hand Products:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product was misrepresented, defective, or faulty upon delivery.

  • Cosmetic wear typical of pre-owned items is not eligible for returns.

  • Any return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software that has been installed or activated.

  • Custom or specially ordered products.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.


3. Return Process

  2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will guide you on how to ship the product back.

  4. Products must be returned in a secure and original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Note: For items shipped via The Courier Guy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or misrepresented.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • If a product is found not eligible for return, it will be sent back to the customer at their cost.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for any price difference between products.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim faster.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on availability and product type.
