3. Second-Hand Products

All second-hand items are tested, verified, and described as accurately as possible before being listed for sale.

Due to the nature of pre-owned goods, minor cosmetic wear and tear may be present.

Second-hand items are sold “as is”, and warranties may be limited or excluded, which will be clearly indicated in the product listing.
4. Pricing and Payments

Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy across South Africa.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns for new items are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Returns for second-hand items are handled on a case-by-case basis and may only be accepted if the product was misrepresented or faulty upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and confirmation of eligibility.

7. Repairs and Software Services

Steve’s Computers is not responsible for data loss that may occur during software repairs or reinstallation. Customers are advised to back up all data prior to service.

Second-hand products may carry a limited in-house warranty or none at all, depending on their condition and listing details.
