You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment directly via The Courier Guy’s website.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking information. You can track your parcel at any time by visiting The Courier Guy Tracking Page.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us at support@stevescomputers.co.za or reach out to The Courier Guy directly with your tracking number for assistance.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
All items are carefully checked and packaged before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in lodging a claim with The Courier Guy.
7. In-Store Collection
Customers in or around Swellendam may choose to collect their orders directly from our store. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout and wait for confirmation that your order is ready.
